About JOni Wong

Joni Wong is a talent management and organizational development leader with a 25+ year track record of success in leading organizations in the design, development of progressive leadership and learning strategies and talent management programs. 

As a Strength’s Strategy® growth and leadership coach, she has been dedicated to coaching and developing leaders to think in more strategic and complex ways. She is known for her ability to establish relationships and influence diverse groups of people to work together effectively in rapidly changing environments and under tight timelines. 

She has a genuine desire to achieve, innovate, and continuously improve quality and productivity through on-going strength-development and organizational excellence. Passionate, skilled facilitator. 

Joni has been a member of the Southeastern Wisconsin Association – Association for Talent Development (SEWI) chapter since 2008 and has previously served on the Board of Directors as VP of Programming and VP of Membership. She is a member-at-large for Association of Talent Development (ATD) and the Dynamic Executive Women’s group. She has served as a Corporate/Health Communication Symposium panelist and guest lecturer for the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

A Midwest native, Joni graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Parkside with honors and holds an Organizational Development certificate from the Milwaukee School of Continuing Education.
